Data center, indoor & campus fiber

Michigan data center, indoor & campus fiber — splice, test, document

FOA-certified data center, IDF/MDF, rack, tray, and campus indoor fiber across Michigan, including MPO/MTP trunks, high-density LC panels, and fusion-spliced backbone. Titan Networks Fiber splices, tests as scoped, labels panels, and closes out — not the dig or pole-line prime.

What indoor & campus fiber covers on our tickets

Data halls, IDF/MDF, racks and trays, campus pathways, labeled panels, and indoor cut support. Clear splice-and-test scope: we do not dig or do pole-line work.

01

IDF / MDF build-outs

FOA-certified IDF and MDF fiber work: terminate, fusion-splice, dress trays, and leave panels labeled so the facility can turn up cleanly.

02

Racks, trays & pathways

Rack dress-out, overhead and underfloor tray work, and indoor backbone/lateral fiber where the pathway already exists — not OSP dig scope.

03

Campus indoor pathways

Building-to-building campus fiber inside plant rooms and pathways: splice, test as scoped, and document handoff for GCs and facility teams.

04

Labeled panels & closeouts

Panel labels, notes, and photos with every ticket so owners, MSPs, and GCs can file what was built without chasing the crew.

05

Emergency indoor cut support

Indoor dig-ins and construction hits in the plant: locate, fusion-splice with owned Fujikura / Sumitomo gear, verify, and close out.

Honest scope

Titan Networks Fiber is the splice-and-test crew for indoor and campus plant. Dig, trench, bore, bury, and pole-line strand stay with the OSP prime. We terminate, fusion-splice (Fujikura 100S / 70S / 70S+ and Sumitomo 6A), test as scoped, label, and document — inquiry only, no shop cart.

Data center fiber in Michigan: what we take on

Colocation, enterprise, and campus data rooms adding rows, cages, or capacity. Titan Networks Fiber is the FOA-certified splice, terminate, and test leadership working inside your rules.

01

MPO/MTP trunks & cassettes

Place and dress MPO/MTP trunks, install cassettes and breakouts, and keep polarity matched to your drawings.

02

High-density LC panels

Rack-mount fiber enclosures and LC panels terminated, dressed, and labeled to your rack documentation standard.

03

Fusion-spliced backbone

Single-mode and multimode backbone between rooms, rows, and the meet-me area, fusion-spliced with owned Fujikura and Sumitomo splicers.

04

Live-environment discipline

Approved work windows, your method of procedure, badging and escorts, a marked work area, and nothing touched outside the ticket.

05

Test & document as scoped

Per-strand loss and OTDR traces when testing is on the ticket, plus labels, notes, and photos for the closeout package.

How indoor & campus builds work with Titan

  1. Call or request a quote — tell us data hall or IDF/MDF count, rack/tray scope, MPO/MTP or LC panel counts, campus pathways, and whether testing is on the ticket.
  2. Scope & schedule — clear labor; OTDR/testing only when you ask for it as a line.
  3. Build, splice & dress — FOA-certified trays with owned Fujikura and Sumitomo gear.
  4. Label & close out — panel labels, notes, and photos; add testing traces when testing is scoped.

Who calls us for indoor & campus fiber

  • GCs needing a Michigan indoor/campus fiber sub with clear paperwork
  • Data center and colocation teams adding rows, cages, MPO/MTP trunks, or high-density panels
  • Facility teams standing up IDF/MDF and rack fiber
  • Campus operators bringing building pathways online
  • MSPs who need FOA-certified leadership for labeled panels and closeouts
  • Owners with an indoor cut who need locate + splice, not dig prime

Indoor & campus FAQ

Do you dig or do pole-line work for campus builds?

No. We work indoor and campus pathways where the fiber is already pulled or the OSP prime already placed it. Dig, trench, bore, bury, and pole-line strand stay with the OSP prime.

What does an indoor / data-center ticket include?

Typical scope: IDF/MDF, racks and trays, campus indoor pathways, labeled panels, fusion splicing, and OTDR/testing only when you put it on the ticket. Clean notes and photos on closeout.

What fusion gear do you bring?

Owned Fujikura 100S, 70S, and 70S+ plus Sumitomo 6A — production and emergency indoor trays, not a rented one-off.

Where do you cover?

All of Michigan, with parts of Ohio when travel works. Office in Michigan — statewide + Ohio friendly.

Can you work inside a live data hall?

Yes, inside the rules your site sets. We work the approved window, follow your method of procedure, badging, and escort requirements, stay inside the marked work area, and do not touch live gear outside the ticket.

Do you handle MPO/MTP trunks and cassettes?

Yes. We place and dress MPO/MTP trunks, install cassettes and high-density LC panels, and label to your rack documentation standard. Tell us the polarity method on the drawings so the build matches it.
